Refund policy

Refunds only available on normally stocked items within 14 days of receipt. Any custom items, special order or made to order items will not be refunded. Some items may have up to a 10% restocking fee. Items must be in new, unopened, unused condition. Items with a shelf life may not be eligible for refund. Rubber voltage gloves are tested at time of order and will not be eligible for a refund once shipped.

Please refer to the manufacturer for warranty or guarantee of products for any claims.

Items purchased may only be eligible for sale price refund if returned during a sale.

No refund will be given if returned items are covered in dog, cat or other animal hair.

No refunds or returns on Calibration Gas orders, made-to-order items, or customized/logo items.

Shipping not refundable.

Customer is liable for any return shipping charges.
