Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Fulfillment & Lead Times While we strive to process and deliver orders in a timely manner, not all items are housed in the Safewerks warehouse. Many of our products are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. Because we rely on manufacturer inventory, we cannot guarantee immediate stock availability. Some items—particularly apparel—may experience longer lead times than the estimates shown at checkout. If your order is subject to a significant delay, we will contact you using the information provided on your order.

2. Shipping Methods & Surcharges Safewerks currently offers standard Ground shipping for all online orders. If you require expedited shipping, please contact our team via email, chat, or phone prior to placing your order. Please note that drop-shipped orders may utilize alternative shipping carriers at the manufacturer's discretion. Certain products, such as calibration gas, are subject to mandatory hazardous materials (Hazmat) shipping fees, which will be applied to your order.

3. Delivery Estimates & Risk of Loss All shipping transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title for the goods pass to the customer. Safewerks is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit or after delivery confirmation. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the respective shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

4. Address Errors & Interception Fees Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us or requires carrier rerouting due to an invalid, incorrect, or incomplete address, the customer will be fully responsible for any carrier interception fees or re-shipping charges. This policy applies to all orders, including those that originally qualified for free shipping.

5. Return Shipping & Custom Items As detailed in our Return Policy, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please be aware that all made-to-order, custom, or specially fabricated items are strictly non-refundable.
