Not all items are currently stocked at Safewerks. Some items may be drop shipped directly from manufacturers. We do our best to fulfill orders in a timely matter but cannot guarantee stock from our manufacture warehouses. Some items may have longer lead times. We will contact you if items have long lead times. Make sure you provide contact information during order.

Safewerks is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages during or after delivery. Please contact the carrier for assistance.

Safewerks only offers Ground shipping for online orders. For expedited shipping, please reach out to us by email, chat or phone.

Direct Ship orders may use alternative shipping methods.

Made to order items are non-refundable.

Calibration gas may incur a hazardous shipping fee.

Customer will be liable for shipping charges on returned items.

Customer will pay re-shipping fees or interception fees for orders that were placed at an invalid or incorrect address (includes items that have free shipping).

Some apparel may have longer shipping times than shown on checkout.
